At SGRT Hotels Vellore, we are committed to providing our guests with a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we have designed a transparent and fair refund policy to accommodate cancellations and refund requests.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Cancellation Before Check-In: A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to check-in.

  • Early Departure: If you check out earlier than planned, refunds for unused nights will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

  • Booking Errors (Hotel’s End): In case of booking errors caused by us, we will offer either a full refund or rebooking at no extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

  • Regular Season

    • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in: Full refund.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: One night’s charge will apply.

  • Peak Season & Special Events

    • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a full refund.

    • Cancellations within 7 days of check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be charged.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

  • Promotional Rates & Packages: Certain offers are non-refundable, which will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.

    • Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility for a refund.

Refund Processing Time

  • Processing Period: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

  • Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for booking.

Special Cases

In cases of emergencies such as medical conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events, please contact us directly. We will handle such cases with flexibility and compassion on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Terms

  • Administrative Charges: A small administrative fee may apply for processing certain refund requests.

  • Third-Party Bookings: If your reservation was made through an external platform, please refer to their specific cancellation and refund policy.
